Rates and Payment Terms
An hourly rate of $36 is charged for all secretarial services. Design for Web or Print is charged at $45 per hour.
Ongoing or long term assignment may attract discount rates or a retainer agreement may be entered. A minimum fee of one hour is charged, then charges are calculated in increments of 10 minutes. Estimates can be provided on a project basis if desired.
Audio transcription rates begin at $2.00 per audio minute for clearly decipherable audio files. Multiple speakers or difficult audio will attract additional costs. Focus groups are classed as 4 or more speakers and will be charged $2.50 per audio minute due to the increased level of difficulty and time involved.
Training rates start at $50 per hour for services, plus the regular rate for any manuals, cheat sheets or handouts that may be required to be prepared for the session. Training packages can be discussed for a discounted rate - for example providing group training or a number of training sessions at one venue over a period of time. I am able to provide training for any of the Microsoft programs or will learn and train on any preferred or in-house software that is specific to your business/industry.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. An invoice/receipt will be issued on completion of work, or as agreed between the parties. Payment terms are strictly fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice. Non-payment of your invoice may incur penalty fees.
Any outlays and expenses incurred such as phone calls, couriers, postage, printing, photo printing, travel for pickup and delivery will be charged at cost and detailed on an itemised account. This business is not registered for GST and therefore GST will not be charged.
I aim to provide a reasonable return time for your work. Should your job be urgent, please advise at the time of booking. A small surcharge may be charged if other client work needs to be reorganised.
Methods of payment accepted are:
- Bank Deposit - this is the preferred method of payment for Australian clients. Bank details are supplied on invoice.
- Money Order - Australia Post money order is an alternative payment method for Australian clients. Please note: Australia Post charges a small fee when purchasing a money order. This cost is payable by the client in addition to invoice total.
- PAYPAL - this is the preferred method of payment for international clients. Should you require this payment method, please contact me and I will issue a Payment Request through PayPal.
- Personal Cheques - through prior arrangement only.
